Your agent is ready to send 40 emails
An agent has drafted personalized follow-ups to a webinar list and asks whether to send them all.
The situation
You asked an agent to follow up with everyone who attended last week’s webinar. It has written 40 personalized emails and asks: send all?
What do you do?
Choose the option you would take, then open it to see how it plays out. Reviewing the other options is part of the exercise.
Option A: Send all. It’s only a follow-up.
Risky
These are external and can’t be unsent. Forty emails are forty chances for a wrong name, a promise you can’t keep or someone who opted out.
Option B: Read three at random, then send all.
Part of the answer
Better. A sample catches mistakes that repeat. A wrong recipient list still gets through.
Option C: Check the list, read a sample, send five, then the rest.
The best choice
Check who is on the list: the right event, and only people who agreed to hear from you. Read a sample for facts and tone. Send five, look at what comes back, then send the rest.
Option D: Cancel and write them yourself.
Safe, but it costs you
Safe, and slow. The agent saved you an afternoon of writing. Spend twenty minutes of it on checking instead.
Takeaway
External actions start at level 2: AI proposes, you approve. Check the recipients as carefully as the words, and send a small batch first when you can.
